We started this because
real estate had become
a photocopy of itself.
Urban Nest is a boutique brokerage founded in 2019 by a designer and a broker who wanted listings to feel edited, not extruded. We work with a small number of buyers and sellers at any given time, on purpose.

Most brokerages measure themselves by inventory. We measure by fit. Our team walks every property, writes every description, and photographs interiors on natural light — never composites.
When we take a listing, we back it with a full marketing brief: floor plan, neighborhood report, and a plainspoken assessment of what the home is best for.
